Which products work for shallow depths and deeper ledges?
The chaise lounger chair is rated for depths of 0″-9″ of water on the ledge or solid surfaces.
In order to use the chaise lounger at depths of 10″-14″, you will need the chaise and a riser to keep it secure on the ledge surface.
The current side table is only rated for 0″-9″ of water. We are finalizing plans for a larger side table for deeper ledges.
Do I need a riser for my water depth?
In order to use the chaise lounger at depths of 10″-14″, you will need the chaise and a riser to keep it secure on the ledge surface. We do not support depths greater than 15″ at this time.
What is the difference between Classic White and White Granite?
Classic White and White Granite are the same base color white. The white granite does have black and gray specs in the material to give a visual texture. Both colors look the same from a distance, it’s only when you get close to see the specs in the white granite.
How do I clean my in-pool products?
We recommend wiping down your products monthly and taking them out of the pool for bad weather or strong chemical treatments. Our products can be power washed if needed, however, we have found the following products work well to clean off water lines and dust/dirt.

Do you fill the chaise loungers with water and how heavy are they?
Yes, in order to keep the chaise loungers secure to the ledge surface, they must be filled with water to weigh them down. The chairs are 35lbs empty and up to 165lbs filled.
What is the minimum dimensions for my ledge to use your chaise loungers?
The distance between the toe and bottom of the chair is 56″ in length that needs to be on the surface or your ledge.
Will your products work with pool covers?
Yes. You would either need to take them out and store them or you can also push them in to the pool and close the cover. Our products will float so it will not harm them to stay in the water. We do recommend taking them out of the pool in extreme weather conditions.
Are they safe for all pool surfaces and water types?
Yes. Our in-pool products are made from polyethylene resin and are safe for all pool surfaces and water types.
